About St Christophers CC
Although officially known as Glasgow St. Christophers, the club have been based in East Kilbride for a number of years now. Primarily, club riders take part in SCU organised time trials throughout the country, everything from a "10" to a "100."
However with a membership of riders with mixed abilities and ages we try to cater for all. The outcome of this is the popular weekly time trial league known as the Auldhouse Arms Summer League.
There is also an important social side to this weekly get together. Riders from other clubs and indeed any cyclist is more than welcome to come along.

The leauge normally runs on a Tuesday night (start time is normally at 7PM). The league is run on a handicap basis, so you don't need to be the fastest rider to win the league.

Winter League
Over the winter the club runs a monthly time trial on the A77, the event is a "fun" event. There are no TT bikes most people use their winter bikes. often complete
with mudgards. To add to the fun, we run this as a league with points for each race completed. The weather isn't always great but that's part of the fun, there is normally tea and coffee to warm you up.
Club Runs
We have organised monthly club runs these are sometimes local and sometimes we venture further a field. Over the summer months we also have weekly runs normally on Friday night.

Winter Training
It can be diufficult to get out over the winter, so the club has an indoor training session on a Wednesday night. This is a social event as well as turbo/circuit training.
You simply do as little or much as uou want.
Hill Climb
The end of season Hill climb competition takes place in October on the Ardochrig Hill outside Auldhouse. It may not be the longest or steapest hill but it's still a tough challenge for anyone to race up
