- It's time to be entering, or at least thinking about entering this ever popular event on Wed.the 1st of June. It's held on the A77, which is a fairly quiet road and if the road is not the most popular, then the catering after has proved very popular, so it's well worth coming for this alone! Just a reminder that the Auldhouse League will be starting early for the last few weeks. The last Auldhouse meeting will take place on 13 th September. It will be a 7PM Sharp start with riders off at 30 sec intervals. This will be your last chance to ride this year so let's hope the weather is kind to us. |

The course is the old A77, the meeting place the usual layby, with the start time of 10.30AM . If you plan to cycle over we'll meet at calderglen at 9.30 sharp. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us but there will coffee and biscuits will be served afterwards to warm you up. | 63 | Tue, Aug 2nd 2011, 23:42 | Confined 10 | Please note the club's confined 10 will take place on Thursday 11th August at 7.30pm. The course will be our usual one on the old A77. All riders are welcome to come along on the evening but only club members will eligible for the prizes. As last year, I believe there is a 1st and runner up prize and also at least one prize based on riders handicap times. Hopefully Andy's cafe will be available for after ride drinks and cakes. | 80 | Fri, Apr 13th 2012, 14:11 | 2012 Auldhouse league | The 2012 Auldhouse league begins this coming Tuesday evening the 17th April, first rider off at 7.30pm sharp, so try and arrive in plenty of time. This year, now the road surface along the "Red road" has been repaired we will revert to the previous course we all love...haha. The first two weeks are for Jack to gauge everyones handicap, so no showing up on a old steel bike and kidding on you haven't ridden for months to get a great handicap. The league is open to all boys,girls, gents, ladies OAPS (Michael and Andy) and remember it's the taking part that counts. The meeting place as usual opposite the Sainsbury's wind turbine on Langlands road. | View Edit |
