I'm not going to be able to make it tomorrow night. Sooo... no slacking :P

If Colin can set the board for 8 intervals then you don't even need me to shout. You are all up to speed with the weights now. Alan is working from 4:30 if anyone wants to pop in to borrow the 10's. I can pick them up at 9:30 and return them when I collect Alan.

I'll be having my own sufferfest at home. See you all next week :)
