A great roller session this week, although they are suppose to be easy I’m actually finding them tough due to the fact you are actually on the rollers for the whole hour. Looking forward to the next 6 week block and hopping more in the club start to join in…
Come on all this is a great way to keep fit over the cold, dark, wet winter months and you get tea and coffee at the end (with some great biscuits supplied by Andy).
