Hi all,

I'm having some trouble posting the tables I have for these sessions as when I paste it in it gets jumbled. I'm going to be using zones for future sessions so let me know if you need a copy of these.

So in brief terms this is tonights session:-

Warm up 10-15 mins gradually reaching 65-70% MHR
5 mins 70-75% MHR
4 mins 75-80% MHR
1 min 80-85% MHR
then repeat three more times
Cool down 10 mins gradually reaching 50%MHR

This is not a maximum effort interval session - the next couple of weeks will feel relatively easy - make the most of it ; )
