Hi peeps, I'm not going to make it along on Wednesday this week due to work but Alan should make it along and bring the session with him (working to zones - HR or RPE) and I will post it here for anyone wishing to take part at home.

To work out your zones use last weeks hr% information

Warm up 10-15mins 50% > 70% max hr

5 mins 70-75%
} repeat 4 times
2 mins 75-80%

10 mins cool down @ 60%

Take your plates/weights for circuit

Squat to press
R leg lunge
L leg lunge
legs in air - curl up and push weight to ceiling
sit back to 45 degrees and twist weight side to side
press ups

45 secs each exercise - no rest between - 2 sets
