A round of applaue for everyone who took part in the club's confined 10 recently. There was an excellent field of riders including non club menebers who took the time to come along and support the event.
Over 20 riders made up the field on a night when the tailwind on the way out had a sting in the tail on the return. The road after the turn is hard enough without a wind in your face. However the riders battled on and some respectable times were recorded. There were prizes available for the 1st and 2nd riders and also for the 1st and 2nd on handicap.
Fastest time of the night by a rider outside the club was Mark Ratter with an excellent 23.33. Club 10 champion 2010 was awarded to Derek McMillan with a 25.32 and 2nd spot went to Colin Meikle with 26.18.
Robert Lynn was a surprised victor in the handicap section with Jim Mcaneny a close second.
The club would like to thank all who turned up on the night including marshals, tea ladies, riders, spectators and last but definitely not least Jack for the timekeeping.
