After a long winter it seemed this years Auldhouse league would never come round. But good things come to those that wait. The only thing we could have wished for was a slightly warmer evening... it was Baltic and a gentle wind not a force 8. 16 riders appeared to cover the shorter but definitely harder course. "Brutal" was the word a couple of riders suggested afterwards.
Alan Rutherford went off course and also had a very nasty crash at the end, the latest update is a broken collarbone that will be operated on today, Thursday. We wish Alan a speedy recovery and hope he returns soon.
